| There is a greater need today to integrate and unify IT delivery through tools that provide capabilities in advanced analytics and automation. IBM® has recently introduced two integrated services on the software as a service (SaaS) model that effectively combine advanced analytics capabilities with automation. These two services are IBM Alert Notification service and the IBM Runbook Automation service. Both services are available to everyone including existing IBM Netcool® Operations Insight™ customers.
